COBRA is supplied by the Ask About Business service from Manchester City Council under licence from Cobweb Information Ltd.

Holders of a Blackburn with Darwen, Blackpool, Bolton, Manchester, Oldham, Rochdale, Salford, Stockport, Tameside, Trafford and Wigan Library membership card can access COBRA and are permitted to download/print limited numbers of documents for their own PERSONAL USE, to help research, start up or run a business.

Library members are not permitted to use information from COBRA to:

• pass on or copy to third parties
• store on any network
• reprint or republish in whole or in part in any form

No part of the COBRA system can be:

• transmitted
• reproduced
• promoted
• referred to
• linked to

by any means, including by e-mail or Internet, without the prior written permission of Cobweb Information Ltd or Manchester City Council.
